COMMUNITY SERVICES #1/Client Services
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Domestic Assistance supports frail older people to continue living independently by helping with essential household tasks that may become difficult due to age, illness, or reduced mobility. Services are designed to maintain a safe, secure, and healthy home environment, reducing risks such as falls, illness, or social isolation. Assistance may include help with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, shopping, and other routine domestic chores that support day-to-day living. By easing the physical burden of these tasks, Domestic Assistance helps clients conserve energy, maintain their dignity, and focus on activities that promote wellbeing and quality of life. The service is delivered in a person centered way, tailored to individual needs, abilities, and goals, and aims to support independence for as long as possible while enhancing safety, comfort, and overall confidence at home.
