This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Home maintenance such as repair of internal flooring and external access pathways to address slip and trip hazards, minor plumbing, electrical & carpentry repairs where client safety is an issue Yard maintenance – pruning, yard clearance or lawn mowing where there are issues for client safety and access* low maintenance garden redesign to support wellness and reablement goals * The provision and frequency of on-going home maintenance services (lawn mowing and garden pruning) must directly relate to assessed client need in terms of maintaining accessibility, safety, independence or health and wellbeing and be subject to regular review. These are basic services primarily for function and safety rather than for aesthetic effect.
