Services include installing and replacing batteries in smoke detectors; cyclic tasks such as clearing gutters; cutting back shrubs which may be overhanging walk ways; minor carpentry repairs to doors, windows, furniture; minor plumbing repairs; taking rubbish to the tip; lawn mowing to reduce safety hazards.
