This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.
BaptistCare at home offers Domestic Assistance through the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) to help older Australians live independently and comfortably at home. Our friendly Care Workers provide practical support with light cleaning, tidying, washing up, laundry, ironing, meal preparation, shopping, and paying bills. Flexible and affordable, services can be short-term or ongoing, tailored to your needs. Guided by our Well-Living approach, we focus on supporting your health, wellbeing, and independence, encouraging you to stay active and engaged in daily life. Care is coordinated by a dedicated Care Facilitator and delivered by compassionate Care Workers, backed by a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, therapists, and allied health professionals. Domestic Assistance not only makes daily life easier but also gives peace of mind to you and your family.

Under the new Aged Care Act, you'll need to access all your Support at Home services from a single provider. When choosing a provider, it's important to consider whether it offers all of the services you need.

BaptistCare - Central Coast (Baptist Care) offers home care services through both the Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) . You will only be eligible for services under one program—your assessment outcome will outline which program you have been approved for.
