My Aged Care | Australian Government
ECHO Community Services Metropolitan East -CHSP
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
ECHO Community Services is a registered charity providing care to the elderly to help them live in their own home with dignity while still maintaining their independence. We provide in-home services 7 days per week for Home Care Package and 5 days per week for CHSP. Our staff are our most valuable resource .Wherever possible, we try to create small clusters or ‘families’ of clients and workers together. This means our staff know our clients and our clients know our staff. If one staff member is on leave, there’s another one who can step in, who is known to the client. This works for everyone and benefits everyone. No one is a number. We are just people helping other people in a way which is supportive and respectful. Our team is also culturally diverse with representation from many countries around the world. This gives us the added advantage of having staff who can speak a lot of different languages, and who can appreciate your needs.
