This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Delivered Meals service provides a 2 course or 3 course nutritionally balanced meal for individuals at risk of malnutrition or who have decreased capacity to prepare their own meals.It is a requirement of Delivered Meals to monitor the wellbeing (and other circumstances) of the individual receiving the meal, and to report any concerns back to their supervisors.Eligibility: People aged 65+ years, or 50+ years for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people, people experiencing homelessness on a low or no income and early frail aged.For information regarding current fees please visit: www.casey.vic.gov.au/fees-aged-disability-care
