Namoi Care Connect
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Transport provides a vital link for you to access social and recreational activities and medical care, locally and across the region. Transport is provided in our vehicles, through our taxi subsidy scheme or fuel vouchers. We aim to provide a transport service that meets your individual needs.
While we can provide some transport at short notice we usually need a minimum of 48 hours notice. For more complex transport, such as multiple appointments on the same day, chemotherapy or day surgery we ask that you contact us at least five days prior to transport.
When calling to book transport please have all appointment details handy, let us know if you will be having any form of treatment, if a carer will be traveling with you or if you have any equipment or walking aides. The more informed we are the easier it is for us to provide you with the support you need.
