Nurse call points, landline telephone connection capability, WiFi enabled, colour coded bathroom tap ware, window dressings of fabric curtains, bathroom grab rails, attractive door and draw handles chosen for ease of dexterity, attractive overhead light fittings. Painted walls in good condition colour coordinated with the decor, windows fitted with fly screens, stain resistant flooring of colour coordinated carpet, well maintained ceilings. Close proximity to lounge & dining rooms, access to the gardens, cafe, facility entrance, porte cochere, nurses station and co located Church and social area. Privacy is provided via an entry way that shields the bed from immediate view from the doorway, easily self adjusted window coverings and located away from service areas. Natural light and vistas provided by gardens and large mid floor to ceiling windows. Lighting is also provided by bedside light and movement sensor light as required. Heating and cooling is provided via individually controlled reverse cycle air conditioning and 3 in one bathroom ducted heat/light/exhaust ceiling fixture. Private individual storage space is provided by built in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, lockable cupboard in wardrobe & bedside table with drawers.
