Joseph Banks is a contemporary modern open plan building that is on a periodic refurbishment program keeping it bright and appealing for residents with the emphasis on homeliness. Platinum Rooms are the facility's largest rooms with: * Modern, fully equipped ensuite * Non-slip timber finish vinyl flooring * Freshly painted finishes * Inbuilt wardrobe including three storage drawers * Private balcony / patio with full length sliding glass door and views of extensive gardens, adjacent park, the lake or surrounding hills * Neutral toned blockout curtains and sheers * Reverse cycle air conditioning for individual comfort and preference Each Platinum Room Ensuite includes: * Personal shower chair * Nurse call bell points at the shower and toilet * Mobility rails either side of the toilet (can be repositioned if not required) * A porcelain basin with easy flick taps * Mirror fronted bathroom cabinet above basin * Ceiling mounted heat lamp, light & fan. Each Platinum Room is furnished with: * Electric lift bed * Memory foam mattress * Nurse call bell point at the bed * Bedside table * Access to the VOIP telephone system and free WiFi * An over bed ceiling mounted dimmable reading light. * Visitors Chair
