- accessible, low maintenance garden redesign to support wellness and reablement goals
- working-at-height related repairs or cleaning for your health and safety i.e. gutters, roofs
- yard maintenance – essential pruning, yard clearance or lawn mowing where there are safety and access issues
Your contribution is $20 per service, rest by CHSP
Home Maintenance services assist provided to clients must focus on repairs or maintenance of the home and garden to improve safety, accessibility and independence. Tasks can include:
- minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs
- fixing slip and trip hazards in floors and paths
- working-at-height related repairs or cleaning for your health and safety i.e. roofs, windows, ceilings, smoke alarms
