Peninsula Health Social Support Groups
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Social Support Groups - run at Bayside Health Peninsula, from the Mornington and Hastings Community Health sites, for clients who live in the Frankston city council and Mornington Peninsula Shire Council LGA suburbs. The program is designed to support individual needs within a group setting. There are specific days for people with dementia and also for people who are frail or have a disability. These programs provide stimulating activities which assist in maintaining independence in the community whilst providing carer support. Other groups offer outings and centre based activities designed to maximise socialisation.
