A flat screen TV is wall mounted to maximise floor space, with a complimentary newspaper delivered daily to these rooms .The storage is built in with shelving, hooks and clothes rail. The private ensuites have vinyl flooring , safety handrails and a safety seat in the shower, vanity with overhead cupboards and under bench cupboards are also provided, the central lighting and floor sensor lights provide a safe environment.

This room features electric adjustable bed with soft bedding, lockable bedside drawers for personal items, a laminate over-bed table and 1 standard chair is provided. The room storage is moderate in size with shelving, hooks and a clothing rail, with quality flooring, hydronic heating and air conditioning. This room provides a pleasant surroundings for the resident. A large window offers natural light and is furnished with curtains and blackout blinds. The room lighting consists of down lights and wall lighting with a sensor light to aid falls risk management. The shared ensuite is generous in size and features vinyl flooring, a vanity unit and safety handrails with good central lighting and a sensor light. There is access to the nurse call bell system, a TV antenna point, eight power outlets and a phone line access.

Service costs

Aged care homes are required to provide care and services as outlined in the Aged Care Service List within the Aged Care Rule. This includes help with everyday living tasks, as well as clinical and non-clinical care. These services are paid for or supplemented in different ways. Support for your daily living

Support for your daily living is paid by your basic daily fee and the government hotelling supplement. Depending on your financial circumstances, you may pay some or all of the hotelling supplement as a hotelling contribution. Estimate what you'll need to pay.
