This provider offers services through the Support at Home program.

TTHA has provided a Social Support Group for more than 15 years. With our own community bus, we are able to offer door to door service for most of our clients living within the wider Knox Community, however you can still attend if you don't live in this area by using your own transport. Our outings based program provides stimulating, recreational activities in a supportive environment, focussed around our clients' dynamics, interests and preferred choices, suitable for moderate level of independence and mobility. We visit places in and around Knox and other surrounding areas such as the Yarra Ranges, Bayside and the City. TTHA's Social Support Program aims to meet a wide variety of needs and interests in a manner that promotes participation and enjoyment, whilst encouraging independence, and also caters specifically for the German speaking community. TTHA Social Support Groups are run by experienced and qualified bilingual staff, from 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Thursday.
