This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Mater at Home is a specialist provider of home-based allied health services in Brisbane South within 35 km radius of Brisbane CBD. Telehealth is available all suburbs. We are part of the Mater Group which has been providing exceptional care to Queenslanders for over 100 years. Our range of available services are listed below. We want to help you live independently and safely at home and we do this by taking a Reablement and Restorative approach. This means we promote independence, client participation and focus on your goals. Goals-based programs run for 12 weeks and can provide up to two episodes of care, per allied health discipline each year. Our care is evidence-based and led by an allied health professional. Our services are largely government subsidised, but as with all providers, we are required to charge a client contribution. Our current fee is $15 per home visit, but waivers are available for those in financial hardship.
