Bendigo Community Health Services - Exercise Physiology
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Bendigo Community Health Services exercise physiology service will support you to live independently by helping with mobility and function for the necessary activities of daily life. Our exercise physiologists offer 1:1 exercise physiology consultations in addition to a range of group programs under our Active Living Program, including Strength and Conditioning Groups and Falls and Balance Exercise Groups. Our exercise physiologist-lead physical activity groups provide a supportive environment for older adults to complete exercise and are designed for individuals with varying needs and abilities. These services and programs are provided from our Eaglehawk, White Hills and Kangaroo Flat sites.
