Most rooms have bay windows with window seat, and have features built in that support people with memory problems. All floor of all the bedrooms are fitted with the Elsi Smart Floor system from Europe. This floor can detect if a resident has fallen and immediately sends a message to the nurse call system so help arrives immediately. High quality fabrics are used in the furnishings, and the large outdoor area coming off the lounge/dining area is covered by a Vergola and has comfortable outdoor furniture.

Some rooms have bay windows which give extra visitor seating. The rooms are bright and sunny with views over courtyards and gardens. This wing also has a north facing lounge area for relaxing in, and has direct access to two private courtyard areas.
