This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Sydney Community Services provides Home Modifications to support individuals who wish to continue living safely and independently in their own homes. Our team collaborate with you, your Occupational Therapist, and your doctor (if required) to implement modifications that enhance safety, comfort, and accessibility within your home environment. Even minor adjustments can significantly improve day-to-day living and promote continued independence.
Examples of available modifications include: grab rails in bathrooms and showers, handheld shower fittings, internal and external handrails, step and floor-level modifications (including wedges), chair risers, lever taps, removal of shower screen doors with the installation of weighted curtains, slip-resistant flooring, key lock boxes and more.
