Your Life Your Way – Catholic Care is open to all seeking aged care services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. From our first visit our friendly staff will get to know what is important to you so that the services we provide is based on your assessed needs and goals to support you to stay in your home. We offer all aspects of help around the home - personal care, shopping, domestic assistance, podiatry, and support to carers through respite. We keep you connected with things that matter to you. As your care is very important to us, we work to ensure that we provide you with the right service, at the right time that has been agreed to by you, with only skilled support staff.

Getting all your services from one provider
Under the new Aged Care Act, you'll need to access all your Support at Home services from a single provider. When choosing a provider, it's important to consider whether it offers all of the services you need.

CatholicCare - Illawarra offers home care services through both the Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) . You will only be eligible for services under one program—your assessment outcome will outline which program you have been approved for.
