This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Swansea Meals on Wheels provide various meal options. These can consist of main meal, dessert & juice, all freshly prepared in our Swansea Meals on Wheels kitchen. We offer fresh cooked hot meals, chilled meals or frozen meals. We can also accommodate special dietary meals (eg. diabetic, gluten free) cultural and taste preferences. These can be delivered to your door Monday, Wednesday & Friday (excluding public holidays). Extra meals to cover you on Tuesday, Thursday, weekends and Public Holidays can also be provided. No need to stay home every day - you may choose to collect your meals from our kitchen. Members of the public can also purchase from a variety of our seasonally changing frozen meals.
