Stay active and engaged with our Active Living Program. Held on Wednesdays and Fridays from 10am-3pm, a typical day includes an exercise class, morning/afternoon tea, lunch, games and music. The program is designed for those who are slightly less mobile, with mild dementia or some cognitive issues.
Transport: Door-to-door shuttle or car service included with the program.
