Proveda - Hoarding and Squalor
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
CCNB's Hoarding and Squalor program provides case management only for people living in squalid conditions or who have hoarding tendencies. We DO NOT offer assistance to find housing or accommodation or to provide assistance with decluttering or intensive one off cleans. This is a linkage service for clients with Hoarding disorder. There are no funded services for sorting of possessions or decluttering. Instead we work with our clients to reduce their risk of homelessness.
