Hutt St Centre - Homelessness Services
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Hutt Street Centre offers social support to people who have been or are at risk of homelessness through groups run at the Centre, as well as various sites in the community. The aim of this service is to provide older people with the opportunity to participate in community life and feel socially included through participation in structured, group-based activities. These activities focus on developing and maintaining skills to support independent living and social interaction. Some of the activities provided by Hutt Street Centre include: • Weekly coffee and chat groups • Weekly walking groups • Weekly art groups • Group excursions to various locations around Adelaide • Opportunities to participate in skill building groups that are held at different times throughout the year (e.g. mindfulness groups, photography groups, cooking group).
