Hutt St Centre - Homelessness Services
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Hutt Street Centre provides an Assistance with Care and Housing program to assist people who are homeless and at risk of homelessness due to inadequate and/or insecure housing and/or socially and financially disadvantage. The program aims to reduce the impact of homelessness through assessment, referral, linking in and advocacy support so that the person is able to access and sustain accommodation and optimise their independence at home and in the community.
