Macedonian Respite Care - Southern
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our organisation delivers centre- based day/respite care services to disadvantaged elderly people from CALD (Macedonian, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian) background in order to provide group social support to disadvantaged members of CALD communities, community access and respite to their carers. This service includes provision of meals and transport provision to our day/respite care service users/potential service users who live in following suburbs in Illawarra: Figtree, Cordeaux Heights, Lake Heights, Berkeley, Cringila, Warrawong and Port Kembla. The group is held each week on Mondays, except Public Holidays.
