Baptcare Home Support Services
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
"Caring for others is rewarding, but can also be difficult and exhausting. We provide additional opportunities for carers to meet with others to share ideas, experiences and support. Talk to us about upcoming coffee mornings, dinners, outings and carer meetings. Respite care gives family and carers a short break from looking after an elderly family member. It’s a chance for carers to take time out to recharge and look after their own health and wellbeing. Our day centres are friendly and comfortable, with care delivered by qualified and experienced carers. Day respite at our day centres is available Monday to Friday. Talk to us about support that suits your family and situation. We offer ongoing regular bookings, occasional care, plus respite care at short notice for when the unexpected arises. Meals and refreshments are provided."
