This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Eyres House cottage respite program provides weekend social support activities for adults in the community who are living with dementia and memory conditions. The program includes opportunities for overnight stays on the Saturday night. Fee schedule available on request. The program is provided every fortnight for up to 6 participants overnight and 10-12 participants Saturday and Sunday.
