Technical Aid to the Disabled Qld Inc (TADQ)
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
TADQ provides new and secondhand goods and equipment (SECONHAND DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY), specialised goods and equipment such as customised one-handed walkers, modified cutlery, custom-made ramps and steps. New equipment is at a SUBSIDISED price but IS NOT FREE and items include walkers, over toilet frames, shower chairs, beds, mattresses, hoists walking aids. Delivery can be arranged for an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: whilst we provide a discount, there is still a cost for each item. Every effort is made to provide quality equipment at an affordable price. Equipment can be paid for through the Centrelink Centrepay program after an initial contribution where clients can pay the item(s) off via a fortnightly benefit deduction. In some circumstances a Direct Debit will be offered
