Rooms and costs

These rooms have high gabled ceilings, kitchenette area with sink, shelves, cupboards and space for a bar fridge and a microwave. Rooms are tastefully decorated with fitted wardrobe, integra hoist (discreetly housed), curtains and a glass sliding door with access to adjacent outdoor patios. Each room has personally control air conditioning. Residents are welcomed to furnish their room with their own mementos, participate in gardening in their own area and bring their own outdoor patio furniture.

Four of these rooms have recently been refurbished, offering a large inbuilt 3 door wardrobe, kitchenette including sink, large private ensuite, personally controlled air conditioners and access to an adjacent private outdoor patio. The remaining five rooms offer a large inbuilt wardrobe, kitchenette, including sink, large private ensuite, personally controlled air conditioning. They also feature large picture windows overlooking the landscaped gardens. All rooms have been freshly painted and have updated furnishings, feature ceiling mounted hoists and are equipped with a bed, bedside table, armchair and 40" hotel mode slim line full HD LED TV.

These rooms have recently been upgraded to include a private ensuite with new amenities, including a fully fitted out kitchenette, new flooring as well as having been freshly painted. Rooms have a large picture window overlooking our gardens and are tastefully decorated. They are complete with an over-bed hoist, fitted wardrobe, curtains, slimline wall mounted LED Smart TVs and personally controlled split system air conditioner. Basic furniture such as bed, lockable bedside tale and arm chair are all provided. Residents are welcome to furnish their rooms with personal furnishings, mementos and personal touches.

These rooms have been completely refurbished in 2015 and restored to as new. Each room now has a large modern private ensuite. Rooms are well lit and have plenty of natural light, with a kitchenette area including sink, shelves, cupboards and space for a bar fridge and microwave. The room is tastefully decorated and has a 40" hotel mode slim line full HD LED television, split system air conditioner, fitted wardrobe, curtains, and a large picture window overlooking our landscaped gardens. Residents are welcome to furnish their rooms with their own mementos. These purpose built rooms form our secured dementia facility.

Room sizes vary from 16.5sqm to 21 sqm and some rooms also have a built in writing desk.

The suite is well lit and has plenty of natural light. Features include a kitchenette area with a sink, shelves, cupboards and space for a bar fridge and microwave. The suite is tastefully decorated and has a fitted writing desk, fitted wardrobe, blinds, over-bed hoist and personally controlled air conditioning. It comes complete with a bed, bedside table, arm chair and two 40" hotel mode slimline full HD LED TVs (one mounted in the bedroom and one in the private lounge area). Preceding the entry to this suite is a well lit communal sitting area which provides a sense of space and grandeur.
