A referral to EHC would require ALL services listed below, whether or not they will be accessed. Physiotherapy (PT) Exercise Physiology (EP) Dietitian Hydrotherapy Gym Programs (See flyer for group details) Ongoing AH Services Hydro referrals MUST be accompanied by an EP & PT referral EP referrals MUST be accompanied by Ongoing AH What to expect: 1. Initial assessment is booked & completed with either an EP or PT 2. You will be provided with a gym or hydro program & session times to work on the goals you have set 3. With clients’ consent, we can also submit additional referrals if we feel it is necessary. At EHC, we are a small & inclusive bunch who strive to not only improve client’s physical health but provide a social & welcoming environment for all.
