SB Wright Therapy Centre CHSP
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our services include Physiotherapy and Podiatry.
Regarding Physiotherapy, we offer One-on-One sessions, home visit Services (in our service region), Community Exercise Classes (these include Falls and Balance Exercise Classes, Circuit Training, Hydrotherapy, Parkinson and Functional Core exercise Classes) and mobility aid equipment prescription.
It is worth mentioning, that before patients start any Exercise classes/Hydrotherapy, they must complete an initial assessment with one of our Physiotherapists.
This can be conducted here in our clinics or in their home. This is to capture our patients’ presenting issues, reasons for referral, formulate individual treatment plans and treatment goals. But also, we will know which class they are suitable to join, and we are aware of any needs/concerns they may have.
