This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our Planned Activity Groups run 5 days a week our aim is to provide people with the opportunity to stay active and enjoy a socially engaging life. Sandybeach works in partnership with participants and families to ensure goals and aims are met. The REACH Department at the Sandybeach Centre provides activities for older members of our community that enhance wellbeing, increase or maintain independence, and which are creative and responsive to individual needs. The REACH program delivers interest based groups such as art, exercise, armchair travel, music programs and lunches. The skilled and experienced REACH team promotes social inclusion and well-being through actively supporting and engaging with participants. Afternoon tea and refreshments provided during each program. Support with transport may be available for those who require it.
