Belong Blue Mountains Social Transport
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Social transport services are provided to individuals to enable them to remain connected and linked to their community, services and activities. Services are provided by volunteer drivers; workers using cars and buses, and occasionally through use of local taxis. Eligibility criteria apply. The service can be used for eligible individuals to access social outings; community lunches, cafes and centre based meals; local social support groups. A small contribution may be requested, no-one will be denied access on the grounds they cannot meet a contribution. This service is for CHSP eligible clients referred via MAC with a social transport code. At times this service may be temporarily unavailable. This service is available Mon-Fri 9am - 4.30pm
