Tablelands CHSP Service
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Tablelands CHSP Service provides two separate Nursing Services:
General Nursing - Duties: Home Oxygen Set Ups; Wound Care; Assistance with MAC navigation and activation of services and client Education.
Catchment Areas: Atherton, Mareeba, Malanda, Yungaburra, Wondecla and all places in between; and
Specialised continence nurses - who offer a comprehensive assessment, education and support for both men and women, who are experiencing bladder and bowel problems.
