This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.
One-on-One Physiotherapy (CHSP Funded Clients) Tailored physiotherapy sessions for CHSP clients to enhance mobility, balance, manage pain, and improve physical health. A physiotherapist develops an individualised therapy plan, with ongoing sessions led by the physiotherapist, an allied health assistant, or an exercise physiologist, based on individual client care needs. "Steady Steps" Balance Group A group exercise program for suitable clients aimed at reducing falls risk by improving balance, strength, and dexterity. Led by an allied health professional, "Steady Steps" offers targeted exercises in a supportive environment to help maintain independence and confidence. Classes are limited to 10 clients, with 2 staff members facilitating each session. Clients undergo an initial assessment before attending their first class, which runs weekly.
