This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.

UnitingCare Wesley Bowden (UCWB) is a metro wide provider of in-home services for both Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Package (HCP) level services. UCWB is able to provide support under the Assistance with Care and Housing programme to those who are homeless or are at risk of homelessness due to inadequate and/or insecure housing. UCWB can provide assistance and support to those who may be experiencing financial hardship. UCWB will seek to support you through advocacy, providing of information, linking you to other external community-based services where appropriate such as financial counselling or health services. UCWB has limited capacity for situations such as hoarding & squalor and must be discussed on an individual basis prior to proceeding. UCWB is unable to assist if black mould, faeces or similar significant hazards.
