This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.
UnitingCare Wesley Bowden (UCWB) is a metro wide provider of in-home services for both Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care Package (HCP) level services. UCWB’s domestic services are performed by fully trained Care Workers to undertake tasks throughout the home that you cannot manage yourself. Domestic Assistance may include the following: • General domestic cleaning (Vacuuming, mopping of floors, cleaning of wet areas, wiping down of surfaces and changing of bed linen) • Washing and hanging of linen/ laundry • Dishwashing • Shopping list service (Unaccompanied shopping) Reablement Led Domestic Assistance UCWB can assist you if you require short term services following a decline health. This may be because of an admission to hospital or recent surgery which you require time to recuperate from. These services are time limited as per your support plan developed by your Regional Assessment Service (RAS) Assessor or Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
