The Braybrook AgeWell Centre offers a comprehensive Allied Health and Wellness programme designed to support our clients’ well-being. You'll find our services conveniently located at Central West Shopping Centre, 67 Ashley Street, Braybrook. Occupational Therapy services are also available in-home.
Our programme includes:
• Physiotherapy: Addressing recent injuries, illnesses, new diagnoses, and providing hands-on treatment. We also offer condition-specific groups for Parkinson's and Osteoarthritis etc.
• Exercise Physiology: Focusing on strengthening, balance, conditioning, falls prevention, and personalised exercise/gym programmes. We also provide condition-specific groups for Osteoporosis and Falls & Balance etc.
• Occupational Therapy: Conducting in-home safety assessments, Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments, and equipment prescription.
• Massage Therapy: Providing therapeutic massage for various needs.
• Podiatry: Offering expert footcare and footwear asse
