This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Social, Medical and Shopping Bus Transport. Door to door service. Call our team on (08) 9205 7632 or email community.transport@stirling.wa.gov.au to speak with our friendly and caring staff regarding your requirements, or those of someone close to you. Group Shopping Buses provide transport from your home to local Shopping Centres. Door to door service is our specialty. Our friendly volunteers and staff make it their priority to get you to your medical or specialist appointment comfortably and on time, no matter the location. We are also able to offer transport to visit your partner or friend in hospital or an aged care facility, visit a friend at their home, getting to the airport or getting to your volunteering commitment. Transport services are available Monday to Friday. Please note that our services are heavily supported by volunteers and occasionally services are restricted due to volunteer availability.
