- A chronic illness who need care, intervention and maintenance
- Chronic leg ulcers, requiring dressings

Community Nursing is unable to provide personal care, such as bathing and showering.
Services are provided at Lemongrove Community Health Centre in Penrith or, by negotiation, in clients’ homes. Services are provided by qualified registered nurses and enrolled nurses, supported by nursing specialists.
