Tamworth Carer Training And Support Program
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
New England Carers' Support, Training And Coordination Service provides support, information, advocacy and training to Carer's who look after someone with a disability, frail aged, dementia, chronic illness or children with a disability. Gentle exercise classes are also offered every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning at the Community Centre for people over 65 years of age or younger people with a disability.
