Moyne Health Services - Community Health Koroit
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
The Koroit Activity group meets four days a week at the Health Services in the Koroit senior citizens 102 HIGH STREET, Koroit Victoria 3282. Friendly staff provide a warm and welcoming environment and if you prefer, will pick you up and deliver you home. We often enjoy conversation over a meal or dine out in the vast range of venues the South West has to offer. A regular calendar of outings and Frequent bus trips to local events and attractions keep us out and about exploring. We also gather together for regular card days, concerts, and movies. We welcome new ideas and new people, so drop in for a cuppa if you would like to visit. If you like, we can help you to register with My Aged Care and join us. For more information on how to connect with our group, phone our Care Coordinators on 55680198
