My Aged Care | Australian Government
Federation of Polish Organisations in SA Inc.1
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
Our meals are prepared and delivered daily by our dedicated volunteers between 10.00am and 3.00pm. We prepare dishes from our seasonal menus which we provide to you. Your safety is paramount. In case of an absence (doctor's visit, hospital, leave) please let our office know beforehand. If you have not informed us of an absence, and do not respond to our knock, we will ring you. If you do not answer, we listen and check around you home and will phone your nominated contact and alert them to the situation. We will be advised by them as to the response needed. Installing a lock box with a key inside, and with yours and their permission, means we can enter the home and check if you are unwell or may have had a fall and need to escalate this or that everything is fine.
