The Premium Suite is a luxurious 35.9m2 in size and includes an en-suite and separate living area. Situated on the second floor, the room has large windows that bring in lots of natural light and showcase the leafy views from outside. The room is private with a separate living area and own en-suite bathroom. Having a separate living area is a distinct characteristic of the room. This offers a unique space for a resident to relax, and a space where a resident can invite their family and friends to join them in the comfort and privacy of their own room. The Premium Suite has high quality furnishings that include a bed, chair, an over the bed table, storage of a wardrobe, drawers; and soft furnishing such as curtains and bedding. Bathroom amenities consist of a toilet, wash basin, shower and mirror. Other special amenities of the Premium Suite include air conditioning for heating and cooling.

The room has high quality furnishings that include a bed, chair, an over the bed table, storage of a wardrobe, drawers; and soft furnishings such as curtains and bedding. Bathroom amenities consist of a toilet, wash basin, shower and mirror. Other special amenities of the Premium room include air conditioning for heating and cooling. The Premium rooms on the ground floor of the home have internal doors leading from the room onto a shared veranda. The Premium rooms on the top floor of the home have internal doors leading onto a private balcony.
