Social Support Groups are centre-based community based programs for frail aged and younger people with disability. This program helps build friendships, independence and reduce the risk of social isolation. Groups meet in Moe, Morwell and Churchill and we offer over 14 sessions per week. You’ll be actively involved in program planning for a stimulating and interesting program for all.
