Calvary Home Care Hunter
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program and Support at Home program.
Our services aim to assist you to improve or maintain physical, functional and cognitive abilities to maintain a level of independence, allowing you to remain living in the community. We provide Allied health Services with a Wellness and Reablement approach. Working with you to identify your needs and set goals, we encourage you to be an active participant in your care and focus on your strengths. We provide a range of in-home specialist and health services including Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy for recovery or maintaining mobility and Podiatry for healthy feet and toes. Together these services work to keep you independent and healthy at home. Calvary provides Allied Health and Therapy Services through Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP), Home Care Packages (HCP), DVA, and private funding.

Getting all your services from one provider
Under the new Aged Care Act, you'll need to access all your Support at Home services from a single provider. When choosing a provider, it's important to consider whether it offers all of the services you need.

Calvary Home Care Hunter offers home care services through both the Support at Home program and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) . You will only be eligible for services under one program—your assessment outcome will outline which program you have been approved for.
