The floor is covered with high-quality carpets, and the room provides access to four power outlets, a phone line, a nurse call bell system, and a TV antenna point. The storage unit is built-in with shelving, hooks, and a clothes rail. There is access to a safe for personal items. The private en-suite has a tiled floor with safety seating in the shower, safety handrails, and a vanity with overhead cupboards and under-bench cupboards. The central lighting provides a safe environment, and heat lamps maintain a comfortable temperature.

A flat-screen TV is wall-mounted to maximise floor space, with a complimentary newspaper delivered daily to this room. The storage is built in with shelving, hooks and a clothes rail. There is access to a safe for personal items. The private ensuite has tiled flooring and a safety seat in the shower, a vanity with overhead cupboards, and under-bench cupboards are also provided. The central lighting provides a safe environment, and heat lamps maintain a comfortable temperature. The rooms in the Poppy Wing offer garden views and provide access to all common areas. The lavender wing rooms are situated in close proximity to the nurses' station, providing security for residents with higher care needs and offering views of the rose garden courtyard.
