Our Occupational Therapist are a community based, meaning they will visit you in your home. We offer a range of assessments and interventions including: - Home modifications (major and minor) - Equipment and assistive technology - Falls prevention - Education and training Our Occupational Therapists will assess your ability to participate in everyday activities. The assessment is comprehensive and will take into consideration any medical conditions, your functional level and the aspects of the environment that impact your engagement with activities. Hunter Home Modifications charges a flat fee of $90 for the occupational therapist involvement, an invoice for this is sent out after the initial assessment.
