Carers’ Link, Barossa can (‘when available’) provide a transport service to people living in their own home that are frail aged & over 65 years who require transport to a Carers’ Link ‘Social Support Program’. Transport assistance is limited to members of the community that have limited access to transport or no means of transport to 'social support groups'. A small fee does apply.
