Clota Cottage Neighbourhood House has been connecting community members for almost 40 years. We offer a range of activities suitable for Seniors, and with some specifically for our My Aged Care Social Group participants - including social outings, morning tea and exercise.
CHSP Social Group program may include the following activitie, with more information on our website:
* Gentle Exercise with a focus on core strength for stability and balance, Thursdays
* Morning Tea, Thursdays
* Local Lunch Outings
* Midday Movies
* Bingo
* Informative Talks with Guest Speakers
* Excursions
* Practical digital skills classes and assistance
* Chinese speaking social Computer Group
All CHSP activities are discounted and low-cost for funded participant
