Gateway Community Services - Social Group with Hydrotherapy
This provider offers services through the Commonwealth Home Support Program.
A social group activity incorporating gentle warm water stretching for flexibility, strength and improved health and wellbeing. Get together with peers for an hour of gentle workout in the water followed by a light lunch and socialising.
The program is held at Ascot Vale Leisure Centre weekly on a Thursday between the hours of 10 am to 3 pm. Bus pick up and drop from client's residence is provided by Gateway Community Services Community Transport.
